This, then, leaves us at a loss for how to understand ourselves and each other. NOVA Tribe series provides Jews in their 20's and 30's living and working in Northern Virginia with innovative programming & leadership activities. You will find events for singles, couples, and everyone in between from small gatherings to larger soirees and networking opportuntiies. Programs are held in Northern Virginia so they are accessible for most people out in the suburbs, but we would love our DC/Maryland friends to cross the river and see what is out there beyond the city.
An opportunity to meet other local people interested in Sufism, the mystical tradition of Islam. All interested, whether just curious or knowledgeable of different paths welcomed and encouraged. Discussion generally centers around practical applications of sufism in today's world with selected topics and writings from various authors and teachers discussed at each meeting.
