We are from the Soto Zen Tradition. This group is for you if you are curious about Zen practice, or you are a Zen practitioner looking to develop a practice with mentorship and camaraderie. This class goes into the history of meditation. It’s geared toward informing participants on the basic concepts of meditation and the positive interaction between meditation and success in everyday life. Attendees also get a chance to practice meditation through a few short 5 minute meditation sessions. Do you find it hard to get to that early morning worship service or even the 10am or 11am service? You want to attend church but can't make it at those times. Come out and enjoy the presence of God. We have worship service at 3pm Sundays. All are welcome! We meet close to the Renton Shopping Center.
